All prices are using EURO as base currency. We provide currency conversion on our site displaying the prices in different currencies as a convenience for our customers. But the final price is always paid in EURO. Your bank and or credit card provider may have slightly different exchange rates than what we're displaying on our site.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Return Policy 

If the product is defect on arrival you can return the product for exchange with return freight paid by us.
For delivered products for which you may have changed your mind about, you may still return the product but the product must be returned in an unaltered state in its original packing and return freight and insurance is paid by you.
 
Before returning any product you must notify us within 48 hours after you receive the goods. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. Please do not send anything back before having contacted us first.

Note: The refund will be made via a credit voucher/gift certificate to be used for purchases at www.clarabellatattoowear.com within one year after the issuance of the voucher. The voucher will be issued after the products have been received and checked for defects. We will not pay cash-on-delivery so do not send any letter or package where we must pay to receive the packet as we will not accept these packages.
