Do you have a shop?
We don't have a physical shop – only an online shop.
Do you have a catalogue?
Our site is our catalogue. All the products we have in stock is on our site. There you can see all our many thousand products and pictures and easily order direct online.
How much do I have to pay for transport costs?
After you fill in address and country yo can estimate shipping costs at the checkout and when viewing your cart. The site will automatically calculate the transport costs to your country.
I do not have a credit card. What are my payment options?
You can always choose payment by Paypal. Last option is to pay by bank transfer. Bank payment is not automatically available so please use the Contact Us form to contact us about details on paying by bank.

Can we pay after receiving the goods?
No, we work only with pre-payment. This means that we'll send you the goods after we receive the payment.
Can we choose for cash on delivery?
No, cash on delivery is unfortunately not available.
Do you work with cheques?
No, we do not work with cheques. We work only with credit card and Paypal.

Which credit cards do you work with?
We work with the major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Is it safe to send my credit card details online?
Yes it is, our site is secured via SSL encryption. All the order information together with your payment details is sent to our server encrypted. If you still have any doubt you can always choose for payment by Paypal.
How do I place an order online?
To place an order online is very simple:
- You choose a product, click "Add to cart".
- If you wish to order more products look around the site and click "Add to cart" for all products you want to buy.
- When you are ready to checkout click the shopping cart item in the top right corner. Then click the button "Proceed to checkout".
- Fill in your name, address, billing/shipping details.
- Click submit.
How long does it take for you to send me my order?
If you choose for credit card payment or Paypal usually we dispatch the order within 24 hours. We strive to send the orders within 24 hours after payment has been received.
How long does the order take to arrive to me?
It all depends on the destination but in general from 1-2 days up to a week.
How do you send the goods to me?
We always try to send registered shipments. Our system recognizes your country and calculates the best shipping cost with either DHL or Schenker depending on your destination.
We prefer to send registered as it is always safer.
If you choose to send Economy (you can choose this at checkout) it will cost a little bit less but the responsibility of loss of package is your own. We can't take responsibility for loss of package if the chosen shipping method is Economy. For Economy, we cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your order once it leaves our warehouse. We recommend to always choose the registered option as the order will be trackable until it reaches you.
Can I send a product back? What is your refund policy?
Yes of course you can send back the products. Read more here.
Do you have other sizes than what I can see online?
No, the sizes you see is what we have in stock. All our products with all the variations are online.
What kind of information will you send to me if I choose for receiving more information from you?
Around once a week or once every two weeks we will send special offers like free shipping, half price products, super bundles, offer of free gift certificates and so on.
