How to place a wholesale order at Clarabella Tattoo Wear

First, if you don't already have an account you need to create one on the site.

1. Create an account

Create an account at https://www.clarabellatattoowear.com/login.php?action=create_account

This will create a normal retail account.

2. Email us

After you're done, email us at wholesale@clarabella.nl saying that you've created an account at our site.

We will then upgrade your account to a wholesale account.

Please allow a few hours for the account upgrade.

3. Your account gets upgraded to a wholesale account

After we have upgraded your account to a wholesale account you can log in to our site https://www.clarabellatattoowear.com/login.php and place wholesale orders directly.

Note that the wholesale prices are shown including tax.

If you have a valid VAT number the tax will be removed in the shopping cart and at the checkout.

So don't worry about seeing the tax on the product pages. :)

4. Place your order

Browse the site and place your order directly.

If you have a valid VAT number the VAT will be removed at the checkout. So do not worry about the tax there. :)

5. At the checkout when you are done with your order: 

At the checkout when the site asks you how you want to pay please choose “Wholesale customer” and then write a small note in the comments box if you want to pay by bank or credit card.    

Can I place a wholesale order via email or fax?

Yes you can. 

You can email your order to info@clarabella.nl or fax to +46 40 6929113.

Make sure to send your name and contact details together with the SKU code, size and quantity for each chosen product.

Please note that orders via email and fax will take longer to process and will incur a processing fee of 10 EUR.
